Store your information with Records Management at UBC

By Jasmine Devonshire on January 26, 2017

The Deadline is Approaching to Move your Information

Is your department storing information with Iron Mountain? The UBC contract with commercial storage provider Iron Mountain ends October 31, 2017. Eligible UBC units will have their information moved from Iron Mountain to Library PARC free of change prior to October 31. Find out if you are eligible, contact Records Management now.

State of the Art Information Storage

Are you familiar with the Library PARC storage facility? Library Preservation and Archives, aka Library PARC, is a new modular storage facility built to accommodate the ongoing growth of UBC information and records. Located at UBC Vancouver’s South Campus (in the Research Precinct), PARC provides 2,280 square metres of high-density storage. The facility houses a campus-wide records management service, a small digitization area, a staff work area and a publicly accessible reading room.

Connect with Records Management about your storage needs.
