Description

Operating under the requirements set out in BoG Policy LR2 –Research Policy, records in this series support the Animal Care and Use including: animal use protocols; policies and procedures; minutes and recommendations from the Animal Care Committee (ACC); animal care oversight records which include Canadian Council on Animal Care (CCAC) assessments and certifications, facility audits, and procedural reviews; health case management; records relating to the procurement and transport of animals; as well as training and outreach. The records also include animal care services such as quality improvement, and special technical and surgical requests. 

For certificates relating to animal user training, see HR4000 – 48.
