In the spring of 2022 the Records Management Office posted new and improved retention schedules to an enhanced website. The schedules underwent a three-month review period from March to May 2022. “We wanted to give the university community enough time to comment on the schedules” says Barbara Towell, e-Records Manager. “With the formal review period over, the schedules have been passed to Legal Counsel and are expected to be approved by August 2022. “Once we have approval we will update the website and remove the draft status from all the schedules.”
